To get to Harbertonford: 

Take the A38 at the end of the M5 and then the A384 sign posted Dartington/Totnes.  Follow all signs to Totnes and at the first set of traffic lights you come to, turn right on to the A381  sign posted Kingsbridge.

Continue along this road until you come into Harbertonford.  Go pass the garage and take a sharp  left at the Maltsters pub.  On your left you will see the village shop and on your right Ponds the wine bar.  Continue for a short distance and take a right into Bow Rd, carry on through the housing estate into the lane and Crowdy Mill is on the right.

Spillway cottage (where you will be staying) is on the right side, after you have crossed the bridge.

Please park in the car park, you can unload outside the cottage but will need to reverse over the bridge (it can be tricky)

 Could you please arrive after 4pm, as I will need time to clean the cottage.
